Two updates from my day:
1. Ben took his newly clean, favorite pair of jeans out of the dryer this morning and put them on to wear to work.
15 minutes later there was a big smear of Logan-poo on them due to a blow out. Oh the joys of fatherhood and diarrhea.
2. It is currently 83 degrees in my house. Time to break out the swamp cooler.

Hey, where are the pictures of the bike race and camping trip? I keep checking every day for an update on your last weekend trip.
Ha ha--we can definitely relate to Ben's story. Two nights ago I was washing the bathroom rugs and had them in the dryer when I ran to the grocery store. Came home to the house all smoky. Turned the dryer off and called maintenance, then hung the rugs outside to dry. Then yesterday, after all that, Madelyn peed on my freshly washed rug before I put her in the bath. And the heat? Yeah it's pretty hot everywhere. We've had our AC on all day for a while now.
Yikes to both of those updates!!! The worst thing in the world is having kid poo smeared on anything!! A hot home is most certainly no fun at all!!
you're so funny, kristi! i laughed out loud reading about ben's jeans...but i'm sure i just can't understand quite yet....hehe.
that's the best! I still remember my favorite story about Nate and Hailey, involving poo! I'll have to share it with you sometime! :-)
